She is passionate about helping people connect the truths of Scripture to the real challenges of life and equipping families to grow in faith together.

Jen Oshman is an author, speaker, and ministry leader passionate about helping women apply God’s Word to who they are and how they live. Having served as a missionary and church planter across three continents, Jen and her family now call Colorado home, where they planted Redemption Parker in 2017.

Sarah Rogers serves as the Women’s Coordinator for the Pillar Network, equipping and encouraging women to flourish in their God-given callings so that Christ is known and worshiped. She has coauthored several books with her husband, Matt Rogers, including From Generation to Generation: Fulfilling the Great Commission One Life at a Time, and brings years of experience in church planting and ministry leadership.
