Adam is married to Kristen. They have two children. Adam came into Acts29 when he planted The Crossing Church. He has been a pastor for over 25 years and has a doctorate from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Columbia. Adam loves anything outdoors: surfing, fly fishing, and hunting. Adam serves as Vice President for Acts 29, leading church planting, and as a pastor at The Church of Eleven22.

Brad serves as Pastor of Counseling at The Summit Church and Assistant Professor of Biblical Counseling at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS). He is a respected author and speaker whose books include God’s Attributes: Rest for Life’s Struggles, Making Sense of Forgiveness, and Angry with God.

Caroline is a writer and Bible teacher who uses wit and wisdom to help women, teen girls, and kids know and love God and His Word. Serious about Jesus—but unserious about almost everything else—she makes Scripture approachable and alive while honoring its truth and authority. Through Bible studies, storybooks, and discipleship resources, she invites every learner into the grand story of God and into everyday faithfulness.

Esther is a faculty member and counselor at CCEF. She has a Master of Arts in Religion with an emphasis in biblical studies from Westminster Theological Seminary, as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling. Since joining CCEF in 2015, Esther has served various roles, including as a counseling intern, the executive and faculty assistant, and a content editor. Esther has a passion for bringing biblical reframing to a person’s struggles and also holds deep concern for the importance of attending to multicultural aspects of counseling. She is the author of Shame: Being Known & Loved (P&R Publishing, 2022).

Jani is a well-known writer and conference speaker. She is the wife of Raymond Ortlund Jr., who is an author, a former seminary professor and pastor, and the president at Renewal Ministries. Jani, a former schoolteacher, holds a master’s degree in education and serves as executive vice president at Renewal Ministries (ortlund.net). The Ortlunds have four children and fifteen grandchildren.

Jonathan serves as the Executive Director of the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) and the Executive Director of Fieldstone Counseling. He writes and speaks widely on relationships, ministry, and counseling and is the author of The Company We Keep, Counsel for Couples, Rescue Plan, and Model of Care.

Karen is a writer, editor, and writing coach, and the author of Holiness Here (NavPress, 2024) and The Minister’s Wife (Tyndale House, 2020), as well as co-author of Craft, Cost & Call. Her work has appeared in Reader’s Digest, The Walrus, Ekstasis, and Christianity Today, and she previously served as senior editor of Faith Today and co-host of its podcast. Karen has reported on stories from the global Church across Africa, Asia, and North America. She now teaches and coaches writers and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in the Sacred Art of Writing at Western Seminary.

Kari Ann is a leadership developer, ministry practitioner, and co-founder of Rode Leadership. She spent over a decade in Asia, where she supported church planting efforts by developing local leaders and building ministry systems across cultures. She now serves at Redeemer Lincoln Square in New York City.

Kristen is a wife, mother, and writer. She is the author of Humble Moms and Fight Your Fears, co-author of the award-winning book Hope When It Hurts, and editor of 12 Faithful Women. Kristen enjoys teaching the Bible to women at conferences, events, and retreats. She and her husband, Brad, have one daughter.

Kristin is Associate Professor of Biblical Counseling and Director of EdD Studies at SEBTS, where she focuses on counseling children, teens, and their families. She is the author of Counseling Women and co-author of The Gospel for Disordered Lives and The Whole Woman.

Mark is the president of The Gospel Coalition. He served in pastoral ministry leadership for nearly 30 years. Mark has written several books, including Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy: Discovering the Grace of Lament. Mark is married to Sarah, and they have three married sons, a college-aged daughter, and four grandchildren.

Melissa has served in counseling and women's discipleship for over twenty years, in local church settings and non-profit organizations. Melissa completed her MA in Biblical Counseling and has trained with the Global Trauma Recovery Institute and CCEF. She also serves as a board member of the Christian Trauma Healing Network. Melissa facilitates the ReStoried women's support groups for those recovering from abuse and trauma.

Michael serves as Executive Director of Blue Ridge Christian Counseling in Virginia and is a visiting faculty member at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF). An ordained minister and licensed professional counselor, he teaches biblical counseling at several seminaries and is the author of After an Affair and Anxious About Decisions.

Mike serves as a faculty member and counselor at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF). With a background in medicine and theology, Mike brings a rich integration of clinical insight and biblical wisdom to his teaching and counseling. He is the author of Saints, Sufferers, and Sinners and CrossTalk: Where Life and Scripture Meet, and he’s passionate about helping counselors apply Scripture with both truth and tenderness to real-life struggles.

Rebekah is the CEO of Anchored Virtual, a biblically grounded and clinically informed counseling practice serving clients online. With over 15 years of biblical counseling experience in a variety of ministry contexts, she also serves as Director of Families at Redeemer Lincoln Square and co-founder of Rode Leadership.

Jessica, Jenna, and Stephanie are cohosts of the Pastors' Wives Tell All podcast and coauthors of Pastors’ Wives Tell All: Navigating Real Church Life with Honesty and Humor.

Jessica is a speaker, pastor's wife, and founder of Come Away Missions, a nonprofit serving the people of Rwanda.

Jenna is a creative, photographer, tech wiz, business owner, speaker, and discipleship/worship pastor's wife who brings beauty and a clear message into every project she touches.

Stephanie is an author, speaker, and youth minister's wife who has made it her life's mission to seek out joy amid the junk of everyday life.

Vanessa is the director of community life at Redeemer Lincoln Square in New York City. She is a Bible teacher, a conference speaker, and author of the forthcoming Justice and the Heart of God, a Bible study on the book of Amos. She serves as a fellow for The Keller Center for Cultural Apologetics. Vanessa is married to Marcus, and they have three daughters.

Yana Jenay is a writer and Bible teacher who seeks to help others think well about faith and culture. By God’s grace, she has served in full-time ministry for almost twenty years and earned a master of divinity in Christian ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She currently serves at Vertical Church as the adult ministry director and hosts a podcast called Living Single with Yana Jenay.
