Jill is the Director of Community and Care at Redeemer East Side in New York. She is deeply committed to cultivating theological literacy and passionate about helping others flourish in their God-given gifts. Formerly in actuarial consulting, Jill has spent her career developing leaders in both business and discipleship. Jill holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been published by Deeply Rooted Magazine and The Gospel Coalition. A North Carolina native now living on the Upper East Side, she loves walking the reservoir at Central Park, winning lottery tickets to late night talk shows, and spending Fridays with her neighbors.

Erica considers it both an honor and a joy to meet with individuals in a counseling relationship, walking alongside them as they turn to the Lord and seek biblical wisdom in navigating life’s challenges.

With a background in various ministry roles, Erica is especially passionate about serving women and families facing seasons of difficulty. Her heart for counseling is deeply shaped by her own experience of God’s steadfast love through personal struggles with anxiety, grief, and mental health—both in her life and in the lives of those close to her.

Erica has experience working with adolescents, individuals, and couples. Her areas of focus include anxiety, ministry burnout, relational wounds, and fertility challenges. She is also a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, offering premarital and marriage counseling to couples seeking to grow in their relationship. Erica earned her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

She recently relocated to Chattanooga, TN, to be closer to family and is enjoying discovering her new community. She is an active member of Two Rivers Church in Chattanooga. In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling to visit her widespread community of friends and family, trying new recipes, hiking scenic trails, and spending restful evenings with close friends.

For many years, Peggy has served as a Biblical Counselor and Coordinator of a Biblical Counseling Ministry along with positions in Women’s Ministry, Executive Leadership Development, and teaching within churches, non-profit organizations and seminaries with extensive experience in cross-cultural training in trauma, biblical counseling, and leadership. Today, Peggy serves as the VP of Global Assistance at International Christian Concern in bringing hope and healing through biblical counseling and support for the persecuted church globally.

Peggy received her BA in Christian Ministry and MA in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and her Doctor of Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. She has been an adjunct professor at Western Seminary in Oregon, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Calvary Baptist Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, and Dallas Theological Seminary teaching classes on Women and Leadership, Women in the life of Christ, Role of Women in the Church and Pastoral Care for Victims and Survivors of Human Sex Trafficking. Peggy is part of the faculty and mentoring program with Christian Leadership Alliance. Her doctoral dissertation provides a model for Biblical Restorative Care for Survivors of Sexual Abuse. Peggy has counseled and trained many couples and singles globally who are suffering from trauma along with leaders seeking to live and lead with biblical principles and the love of Jesus.

Cassie Chaplin is a passionate Bible teacher, ministry leader, and mom of four. She holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in missions, evangelism, and church growth, and brings that theological foundation to everything she does.

Cassie serves as a prolific women’s Bible teacher at her local church, where she is known for her ability to open Scripture with both depth and warmth. She also leads a thriving Classical Conversations community, coming alongside homeschooling families to cultivate a love of learning rooted in a Christian worldview. Professionally, she serves as Payroll Manager at Anchored Virtual, where she brings the same care and diligence.

Whether she’s teaching a room full of women, guiding families through a classical curriculum, or managing the details that keep an organization running, Cassie leads with faithfulness, joy, and a deep love for the local church.

Taylor sees that God uses the counseling relationship as a unique gift of human connection that can allow for immense growth in a space outside the inner workings of everyday life. She firmly believes that deep soul care happens by understanding who God is and, by extension, who we are as a result. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples walking through issues such as trauma, abuse, and church hurt and navigating crisis situations and relational strife. Additionally, she is Gottman Level One trained and uses those skills with couples under the umbrella of a biblical worldview.

Taylor has a B.A. in Psychology and Religion from Columbia University and received an M.A. in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Therapy from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Taylor has worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist in the past, and while she is no longer licensed, she carries over the ethical and professional guidelines of licensure into her work as a biblical counselor. She practices biblical counseling because it requires a commitment to the Scriptures as the authoritative rule of faith and standard of conduct. Because of her diverse and unique educational background and experiences, she is well-equipped to enter life with people from a vast array of worldviews, providing them with hope for the future because of Christ.

Kari Ann brings over 15 years of experience in leadership, communication, and creative strategy across Asia and the U.S. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and has served as Director of Communications at Unheard. Kari Ann continues to produce The Fight of My Life podcast and other storytelling projects that amplify voices of courage and redemption. She is the Co-Founder of Rode Leadership and is on staff at Redeemer Lincoln Square Presbyterian Church in New York City. She is passionate about helping leaders grow in faith and emotional health, serving the Kingdom with wisdom and integrity.

Maya desires to help those in her care to see and apply the hope and grace of the Gospel to the challenges they may be facing. As a wife, mother of four, former church-planting missionary and current pastor's wife, Maya is well-equipped and experienced in helping women as they struggle with various issues, including: difficult past experiences, anxiety, marital and family struggles, depression, relationships issues, addiction, grief, and more. Maya also knows how particularly difficult ministry can be and loves helping women in missions and local church ministry contexts.

Maya is a certified biblical counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, with a specialization in reconciliation. She has also completed her Level 1 Certification from the Christian Trauma Healing Network.

She lives in South Dakota, with her husband and two school-aged children. Her favorite food is sushi, and she is always up for a long walk. She is fluent in Russian.

Loretta is passionate about encouraging women in their spiritual journeys and has served for many years alongside her husband, Cleveland, in church planting. A certified pastoral lay counselor and coach, she brings wisdom, compassion, and real-life ministry experience to those she serves. She is part of New Beginnings Church in Matthews, NC, and supports her husband’s work with Converge MidAtlantic by ministering to church planting wives. Loretta and Cleveland have been married for 29 years and have one daughter.
